The Rug Rack first opened in April 2000. Back then, Mike and Miriam wanted to offer a great product at a great price. In their new location at 301 West 25 th St. they can now do more of the same with an even better selection. Exemplary service is just a natural benefit of dealing with The Rug Rack. That philosophy has not changed over the past four years and now, with their new 4,000 sq ft building, The Rug Rack has more room for a much improved selection of rugs, pillows, window coverings, and other home accessories.

Mike says, “If The Rug Rack is going to continue to grow and offer Chattanoogan’s an opportunity to stay in their hometown to find great rugs, we must continue to distinguish ourselves from the pack with great service. Service is an individual thing. One customer might need focused design assistance, while another needs help getting a larger rug delivered, or a stair runner installed. Also, if we don’t have the right rug in stock, we will find it for the customer.”
